HOW DO YOU DELIVER MY ORDER? We deliver your order by courier at a rate of £4.99 and deliver to the UK mainland. Orders outside the UK mainland (including the Isle of Man) may be subject to an increased delivery charge, increased delivery time or may be unable to be delivered. In cases where we are unable to deliver, or we do not receive payment for the additional delivery charge, your order will be cancelled and refunded. Orders exceeding a value of £60 worth of goods excluding shuttles or tennis balls, or orders containing more than 25 tubes of shuttles or tennis balls, are delivered free of charge.
For example, an order that contains ten tubes of shuttles and a £50 racket would be ineligible for free delivery. An order that contains thirty tubes of shuttles and a £20 racket would be eligible for free delivery as it contains in excess of twenty five tubes. An order that contains ten tubes of shuttles and a £35 racket and £35 t-shirt would be eligible for free delivery as the non-shuttle items have a combined value in excess of £60.

Yes, you can collect your order from the shop. Please check the appropriate box when you get to the check out if you'd like to collect the order from the shop. We will notify you when your order is ready to collect. Please do not come to collect before receiving this notification as your order may not be ready. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? Orders typically take 2-3 working days to arrive after dispatch, but can take up to fourteen days. If your order has not arrived in this time, please contact us with your order number. Please note that any items that have a personalisation option selected may require up to seven extra days to be dispatched. We will contact you in the event of any predicted delays to your order, so please ensure your contact information is current and up to date. WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY? If you provide an mobile number or email, you will receive a text or email stating approximate delivery time. If these are inconvenient or you would like to re-arrange delivery, you can call the courier and arrange so. Please be aware that for parcels that are undelivered after multiple attempts and returned to us, an additional delivery charge will be incurred to re-send your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER CONTAINS ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK?
