WHEN CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your goods within seven days after the day on which you recieve your order by sending us a written notification (either by post, email, fax, or by delivering it personally to the shop).
We cannot accept returns after this period, nor can we accept the return of goods that have been used, marked, or washed unless they have been received damaged or faulty, or develop a fault. Please also note that items that have been personalised (e.g. with a grip or string upgrade) cannot be returned except in the case of the items being received damaged or faulty.
